Vikrant is a seasoned legal professional with over 25 years of experience in handling complex litigation across diverse areas including constitutional law, administrative law, corporate disputes, arbitration, taxation, civil and criminal law. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, various State High Courts, and judicial and quasi-judicial tribunals, including BIFR, AAIFR, DRT, and DRAT.
He has successfully represented multinational corporations, domestic companies, government bodies, and individuals, providing both litigation and advisory services. His expertise includes writs, special leave petitions, commercial disputes, recovery matters, company winding-up, and service law cases. He is known for his meticulous drafting and sound advocacy, with proficiency in preparing petitions, suits, statements, interlocutory applications, and arbitral pleadings.
Vikrant has also served as a legal and policy advisor to the Government of India and various State Governments, offering strategic counsel in high-stakes constitutional matters, particularly in response to PILs. Known for his client-centric and resolution-oriented approach, he combines deep legal knowledge with practical insight. He is an active member of the Supreme Court Bar Association and the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
